Filtering

Installing

Follow these simple steps to install the filter software.

Before Installing the Software

When you install the filter software, you will be prompted for a few items that would be best to gather ahead of time. This items are commonly found the documentation you recieved after signing-up.

1. Master Filter Password. This is NOT the same as your Member, Email, or Dial-in Password. If you have forgotten your Master Filter Password, check the documentation you recieved after signing-up. If you're still having trouble, please contact Support.

2. Master Username. Your master username is most likely your primary email address. This can be found in the documentation you recieved after signing up.

3. Filter Profile. Profiles are the usernames and passwords you and your family will be using to access the Internet. Use the 'default' profile to start with. Without a profile you will have no way to access the Internet. You can add new profiles through the Members area.
