Emailing

Removing Email Accounts from a Mail Client

Manually in Outlook XP

Step 1 - Opening the Email Accounts window

• Click on Tools from the menu bar.
• Select Email Accounts from the menu.

Step 2 - Existing Emails Accounts

Click on the circle beside the message View or change existing email accounts; a green dot should appear inside the circle. Click Next.

Step 3 - Select the Account

Click on the account you wish to remove; the account will appear highlited. Click Remove.

Step 4 - Confirmation

When asked "Are you sure you want to remove the account", click YES. Click Finish.
